Total Silence

We have been given many useful tools to use here in the Knighthood. Some come in the form of an outline to follow. We honor the virtues and allow them to transform our every action. We have processes and meditations that take us closer to our true self with each passing day! So, it's safe to say we will be doing a fair ammount of meditation in our daily lives. After we finish each one we usually reflect without attachment or expectation in total silence...and then what?

~There may be much more to silence then we are conscious of currently  ; )

Ahhh the power of silence.

A favorite quote of mine is "All of man's problems stem from his inablity to sit quietly in a room by himself."

Nice quote, I like it. It sounds so simple to sit in silence with no thoughts...it sure took a lot of practice to do something so simple ; )

~It is well worth the rewards that are waiting on the other side.
